I'd also highly recommend changing anki's default settings since the default interval settings imo aren't the greatest. You have the time to do it so it might be worthwhile. I haven't taken the test yet personally but from what I've heard theres always going to be some low yield stuff popping up on the test, so if you want to be prepared for it all, then more content heavy decks might be your best bet. That being said, jack sparrow has some low yield stuff that could push you into the high scores if you're solid on the basics. For example, if you've taken biochem and remember most of the content from class, then you can probably get away with a less content heavy deck. I've asked this before and I think it kinda depends on how well you already know or remember your content from the first time you learned it, if you've learned it before.
